Ordering and delivery notice

Please be careful when filling out contact information, specify only the actual data.

We guarantee that the information that you leave about themselves when placing an order will only be used for communication and delivery of the order and will not be disclosed in any database.

Choose products from the catalog, select the desired options, click the "Add to Cart". This product falls into the basket just after select all required options. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished your selection, click the "Checkout". If desired, you can write comments to the order. Click "confirm order". After that, you will automatically e-mail with information about the order; it is not necessary to respond to it.

Ordering will be reviewed by our managers within 3 working days (usually, this is usually much faster). Our manager will contact you by e-mail and will answer on the availability, terms of manufacturing, considers the final cost of the order with delivery report available methods of delivery and payment of the order and ask you to confirm the order. You must reply to this e-mail to confirm your order and inform the manager of the shipping method you selected products and on how you prefer to pay for your order.

We respond to emails within 3 working days (usually, this is usually much faster). If the answer to the letter did not come at once, please do not worry, we will respond ASAP.

All our garments are hand-made, and production is now taking 6 to 8 weeks. Orders are sent out when production is complete.

Delivery time is additional to production time and depends on your location and your local postal service. Goods are always sent by tracked and signed for postage. However if you need you goods urgently and you want us to send your items by courier, please select this option at the check-out.

Because our goods are customised and made to order, we are not obliged to offer refunds if we are not able to deliver by a specified date.

Note: Unconfirmed orders are not executed.

We do not offer a chlorination service.

Looking after your latex

Dressing

Take care when trying your latex when you first receive it. At first, use a little talcum powder on the inside if necessary to help get it on. Only use a dressing lube or shiner once you have decided to keep it.

Pull it on carefully, removing any jewellery and being careful of finger nails.

NEVER use any type of oil on your latex. Do not wear any kind of body oil when dressing, as this could weaken the latex.

Avoid contact with perfume.

Storage

Store latex away from light, ideally in a suit bag or covered with a clean black refuse sack in a wardrobe or in a plastic bag in a drawer.
Store different coloured latex pieces separately as lighter colours can become discoloured if stored next to darker or brighter colours.

Cleaning

Handwash your latex in lukewarm mild soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Hang to dry (ideally over a bath) or towel dry, but do not hang outside to dry. Clean your latex soon after wearing. Use either powder or polish for storing to prevent the latex sticking to itself.
DO NOT IRON.

Also, do not allow lighter coloured latex to come into contact with metal, particularly copper-based items such as coins and jewellery as these can permanently discolour latex.

Keep away from naked flame.

Avoid sharp objects.

Liability

While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery, or damage to goods in transit, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Very important! The fitting of the product to the drawing will depend on how accurately you take the measurements. The centimeter tape should fit snugly against the body, but not pull it. If your figure does not meet our standards at all, we can individually produce the product for you at an additional cost.
